Service is always friendly and they do great work. It's always busy so come with time to spare or come mid day when everyone else is working! I especially love the natural ingredients used for the pedicures! (Black Gel mani in pic)
Not the best experience, for the price paid of over $200+ tip for a pedicure and manicure for both me and my spouse. The tech that I got was the worst! Not only was she unprofessional, she was ruff and careless she filed my pinky nail down so much I was bleeding and it hurts. She was spraying the alcohol on my hands all over the place, didn’t even properly do the manicure, she didn’t even coat the nails correctly or appeared to even have the right tools for the job. She was filing and buffing my nails on both my hands and feet like they was sanding wood carelessly. My heels feel the same way before the pedicure, didn’t even bother really exfoliating them properly. She was messy and did nothing but complaint about the time the place closed and her situation here in EP and not to mention she finished right away, rushed like if she had a quota to meet. She has been only there a month and is from Dallas and don’t recommend her at ALL. They should really consider who they hire in this SPA. My spouses Tech, on the other hand was great my spouse was really pleased with his experience and how his manicure and pedicure turned out. Sad we couldn’t both feel the same.
I’m so sorry to leave a bad review, but after going here so many years, I was very disappointed, the polish that was used on me and me granddaughter was old and didn’t even make it out the door. There was four of us and I know that’s a lot at once but thought they could happen. We each had manicures and pedicureas, I was the last, and I ask to just have my nails buffed not polished, so to do that it was a extra $8, I was very disappointed in their reaction, really no polish but extra charge for buffing, horrible cleaning around the nails.
I absolutely loved this place and will recommend it to others. My wife and I were visiting for a wedding, we needed pedicures. We had my mother in law as well, totaling 3 pedicures 2gels/1 clear. We had 0 wait time for our pedicures. We received fast service with amazing customer service and making our experience most enjoyable. I had my pedicure done with Vana (VA) I appreciated everything about her service. We will be returning and using this location. My mother in law now has a place to continue getting pedicures. I unfortunately did not get the names of the other people who helped us, they were all so very helpful and allowed us to feel comfortable.
Family owned and the staff is so nice and friendly. Yes, you do have to wait sometimes but the services they provide is worth the wait. I've had manicures, pedicures, acrylics, dip powder with various techs and I always walk out a happy customer. ????
A very pleasant place, my pedicuritician was awesome! A sign of a good business is if they’re busy even on the odd days of the week…. I avoid restaurants that are always empty…
The lady that did my pedicure & my refills with acrylic & Christmas ???? designs did an awesome job. She was friendly, kind & very patient & creative in helping me with my design.
