I was originally VERY happy with the service I received here. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the lady doing my nails did everything she could to replicate it. She communicated with me the entire time, making sure I liked what she was doing and knew what she could/couldn’t do. She had me keep the picture up the entire time and paid very close attention to even the smallest details. I was very impressed and considered it 5 star service.
However, the quality of the shellac gel deteriorated very quickly and this is why I only gave 3 stars. The first picture is the day I got them done and the second picture is 4 days later. Almost every nail is chipped and coming up at the edges. If I start lifting the ones that are coming up, the whole entire layer of polish starts coming off VERY EASILY. They were not bonded to my nail well at all. I just can’t justify spending $50+ dollars for something that only lasts a few days. Disappointed.
I’ve been coming here for 6 months or so for my dip manicures. I have been pleased overall with my services. The technicians communicate with you well and have been able to recreate the ideas I’ve brought in. They always fit me in when my schedule gets busy which I greatly appreciate! I have only had one poor experience with a tech that was rushing and lack attention to detail. Overall I’ve been happy with Envy nails and would recommend you giving them a try!

I've been coming here for many years and I love the staff, they are so friendly and sweet. I want to keep coming here but the last 3 times I've had an appt I've had to wait anywhere from 20 mins - an hour. Then I feel like they are so rushed to help me get through my service that I am constantly cut and nicked. Going to give this one more go and hope it's just been some flukes but the cuts are just too much if they keep happening. Otherwise good prices and good people, quality is just dipping.
The nail technician didn’t make small talk but she did a great job with my nails. I think if you want to pay a higher price for more detail I would go to a more 1 on 1 experience.
Envy Nails is the only nail salon I have ever been a customer of longer than a visit or two, and it's because they are the best. I see Michelle and I look forward to chatting with her while I get my manicure. And, my nails always look so good! Everyone who works at Envy is friendly and helpful. You won't catch me in another nail salon anytime soon!
